Privacy Policy
This website is run by Muhammad Jasim, an independent local SEO specialist (“I”, “me”, “my”). This policy explains what personal information I collect through this site, why I collect it, how I use and protect it, and the choices you have. I keep it deliberately short and plain, the same way I explain my work.
Information I collect
I only collect information you choose to give me, or a small amount collected automatically to keep the site running.
- Information you send me. When you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, and anything you write in your message (for example, the business you run and what you’d like help with).
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, my hosting and analytics tools may automatically record limited technical information such as your approximate location (city/country), browser type, device, and the pages you view. This is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
I do not knowingly collect any special or sensitive categories of personal data, and I don’t collect information from children.
Why I collect it and how I use it
I use the information above only for these purposes:
- To read and reply to your enquiry, and to have a conversation about whether I can help your business.
- To provide and, if we work together, deliver my local SEO services.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so I can improve it.
- To meet any legal or record-keeping obligations that apply to me.
I will never sell your information, and I won’t send you marketing you didn’t ask for. I only process your data where I have a lawful basis to do so, usually your consent, or my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Third-party tools
A few trusted services help this site work. When you use them, your information is handled under their own privacy policies:
- Contact-form delivery. The contact form uses a form-relay service to pass your submission to my inbox. It processes the details you enter solely to deliver your message.
- Email. Messages are received and stored in my email provider’s inbox so I can reply to you.
- Analytics. I may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic. This does not identify you personally.
- Hosting & CDN. The site is served through a hosting provider that may log standard technical request data for security and reliability.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails and form submissions for as long as needed to reply to you and, where relevant, for the duration of any work we do together plus a reasonable period afterwards for records. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, just ask.
How I protect it
Your information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored within reputable services that apply their own security measures. As one person handling this directly, access is limited to me. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws), you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information I hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask me to correct information that’s inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask me to delete your information.
- Object to or ask me to restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where I rely on your consent.
To exercise any of these, just email me and I’ll take care of it. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and revise the “last updated” date above.
Contact for privacy questions
